THE INSTALLED BALLAST WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM, APPROVED AS AN ALTERNATE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BY CG-OES ON 05DEC2014 IS INOPOERABLE DUE TO EXCESSIVE CORROSION ON THE POWER FEEDER BOLT AND CONNECTION PLATE. VESSEL SHALL FOLLOW REQUIREMENTS OF 33CFR151.2040 FOR USE/DISCHARGE OF BALLAST WATER WHILE IN THE WATERS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. 33CFR151.2025a3 CODE 15C
