All ships 3000 gross tons and upward shall, in addition to meeting the requirements of paragraph 2.5, have: a 3 GHz or when appropriate by administration, a second 9 GHz radar, or other means to determine and display range and bearing of other surface craft.
Vessels 3 GHz (S band) radar is inoperable due to antenna issue. Spare parts were unavailable while in Jacksonville, vessel allowed to sail under this condition until 28 FEB 2022 per Class.
