PSCO OBSERVED LUBEOIL ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF LUBE OIL TANK IN E/R. LUBE OIL IS NOT ACTIVELY LEAKING BUT WAS NOTICED ALL ALONG THE WELDING SEAM.

When wheel or other remote steering mechanism is provided, tiller shall be capable of controlling the rudder.
