PSCO discovered crew was unable to test high pressure alarms for cargo tanks and the pressure differential alarm for cargo motor rooms. Crew had ordered pressure testing equipment but items had not yet been delivered to vsl. Def must be rectified prior to loading. IGC 18.6.2 a/c

Resolution: Vessel sent class report attesting to the pressure sensor testing equipment was now onboard the vessel.
1160-Tanks-Each cargo tank and piping systems shall be subjected to a leak test using air, or other suitable medium, to pressure depending on the leak detection method applied. PSCO discovered cargo leak in flange at condensate return line for #1 deck tank. Def must be corrected prior to loading.
