The ring, lines and letters shall be painted in white or yellow on a dark ground or in black on a light ground. They shall also be permanently marked on the sides of the ships to the satisfaction of the Administration. The marks shall be plainly visible and, if necessary, special arrangements shall be made for this purpose. PSCO observed load lines, draft marks and deck line were not painted contrasting colors to the hull.

PSCO observed multiple incorrect entries in ORB to include: use of regeneration verbiage for manual collection transfer, tank to tank transfer using "I" entry and collection of wash basin oily water using "I" entry.
