Every oil tanker of 150 gross tonnage and above and every ship of 400 gross tonnage and above other than an oil tanker shall be provided with an Oil Record Book Part I (Machinery space operations). The Oil Record Book, whether as a part of the ship's official logbook, as an electronic record book which shall be approved by the Administration taking into account the Guidelines developed by the Organization*, or otherwise, shall be in the form specificed in appendix III to this Annex. While reviewing vessel's Oil Record Book, PSCO observed that an additional 3.1 tank was being sounded that was not documented on the Supplement to the IOPP Certificate. PSCO requests clarification from vessel's classification society to update the Supplement to the IOPP to reflect the tanks that are being sounded. MARPOL (2017) Annex I/17.1 50ac
