Each towing vessel must carry at least one appropriately-sized lifejacket for each person on board and a sufficient number of additional lifejackets must be carried at each normally manned watch station. Vessel's COI requires 10 lifejackets per person; as well as, two additional lifejackets for the wheelhouse. Provide additional lifejackets to the satisfaction of the attending Marine Inspector.

Each towing vessel operating north of lat. 32° N. or south of lat. 32° S must carry at least one appropriately-sized immersion suit for each person on board and a sufficient number of additional immersion suits must be carried at each watch station, work station, and industrial work site, to equal the number of persons normally on watch in, or assigned to, the station or site at one time. Vessel will be operating north of lat. 32° N and is required 10 immersion suits per person; as well as, two additional immersion suits for the wheelhouse. Provide additional immersion suits to the satisfaction of the attending Marine Inspector.
