All tank vessels, the construction or conversion of which is started on or after July 1, 1951, shall conform to the requirements in this subpart in construction of hulls. Barge sustained possible damage after being hit by a falling power line while being pushed by ITV Citation in vicinity of MM 2.5. After electrical hazard cleared, conduct damage survey to satisfaction of attending marine inspector following transit to fleeting area in proximity of MM7.

Vessel obtained damage to vent stack lock valve. Complete repairs satisfactory to the attending marine inspector prior to loading any cargoes that require the use of a vapor collection system.
