Except as provided in paragraphs 3.3.4 and 3.4.5, each lifeboat must be launched with its assigned crew and maneuvered in the water at least once every three months during an abandon ship drill. PSCO observed free fall lifeboat has not been launched and operated in the water since 01OCT2024. Upon departing the Lower Mississippi River, the vessel is directed the Southwest Pass Anchorage until the receipt of an in-person class report and the deficiency is cleared by this office. 74 SOLAS 20 III 3.4.3
