Resolution: PSC NOLA received a class report from DNV satisfying the requirement.
THe international Load Line Certificate shall not be delivered to the ship until the officer or surveyor acting under the provisions of Article 13 of the convention has certified that the marks are correctly and permanently indicated on the ships sides. Vessels loadline is not clearly marked. Vessel is displaying two painted loadline/plimsol markings on the STBD side which is not in accordance with the vessels load line certificate. ICLL(88)I/9 40ac
