Company reported vessel experienced loss of STBD generator. Vessel is permitted to be towed to Corpus Christi for repair. Vessel is not authorized to depart from location in which repairs take place until cleared by the CG. Company to provide satisfactory objective evidence attesting to satisfactory repair.

ITV LONE STAR self-reported a generator failure en route to Corpus Christi. The port engine failed due to faulty fuel oil filter. No DPI. Vessel replaces filter within an hour. Vessel reported a failure of the same generator the following day. Vessel shall affect repairs to the satisfaction of the TPO and provide TPO report to USCG.
