Detailed insturction manuals shall be on board, covering the operations, safety, and maintenance requirements and occupational health hazards relevant to the inert gas system and it's application to the cargo tank system. Crew was unable to show PSCO porper oxygen analyzer calibration as required by the vessel's nitrogen system manual. Provide documentation attesting to the proper calibration of the oxygen analyzer from certificate issuing authority prior to discharging cargoes that require inerting.

The last 1.0 meter of vaopr piping upstream of the vessel vapor connection and each end of a vopr hose must be labeled with the word 'VAPOR' painted in black letters at least 50.8 milimeters high. Additonally, each vapor connection flange face must have a permanent stud projecting outward. PSCO observed 03 vapor lines did not have permamnent studs and no vapor line was properly labeled. Rectify before loading cargoes that requirs vapor control
