PSC observed chafing on hoses leading from multiple CO2 bottles (corner bottles, CO2 room) to main CO2 line.74SOLAS(14), Reg I-11

Resolved 5 November 2018
Resolution: Chafing sleeves were installed on the hoses which contact the CO2 bottle rack frames as well as the adjacent parts of the CO2 bottle racks. DNV GL surveyor examined the corrective action carried out and considers the fixed CO2 system to be in order.
