Upon completion of pre-arrival checks inbound to Guayanilla, the vessel's crew discovered that the starboard lifeboat engine would not start. The trouble has been narrowed down to a failed starter motor. Notifications were properly made to company and class society (ABS). ABS has coordinated with the flag administration (Bahamas) for a short term flag dispensation.
