Resolution: Vessel hired Unitek Environmental Guam to removed three drums of waste oil and one drum of used cooking oil off of the vessel.
The ship shall carry line throwing appliance that shall include not less than four projectiles and four lines. PSCO observed vessel had only 2 single use line throwing appliances.
