Systems addressed must include fire detection and extinguishing, flooding safety, propulsion, maneuvering, electric power generation and distribution, and emergency internal communications. MI observed the A end MDE oil pressure sensor alarmed but did not secure the engine as designed. Caterpillar attended the vessel to fix the parameters.
