IF THE RESCUE BOAT IS ALSO A LIFE BOAT, THIS RECOVERY TIME SHALL BE POSSIBLE WHEN LOADED WITH ITS LIFEBOAT EQUIPMENT AND THE APPROVED RECUE BOAT COMPLEMENT OF AT LEAST SIX PERSONS.
