01117 - The condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to conform with the provisions of the present convention to ensure the ship will remain fit to proceed to sea without presenting a threat to the marine environment. While reviewing the oil record book(ORB), PSCO observed on at least 3 occasions 08DEC2020, 09NOV2020, and 22OCT2020 that the oily water separator exceeded the maximum throughput of the system, which is 2.5 cubic meters/hour, during use. MARPOL ANNEX I/6.4.1
