The arrangements for the storage, distribution, and utilization of oil used in pressure lubrication systems shall be such as to ensure the safety of the ship and persons onboard. PSCO observed sight glasses zip tied on 10 lube oil tanks, to include stern tub, stern thruster, CPP, and bow thruster. Crew removed all zip ties on sight glass. 74 SOLAS (20) II-2/ 4.2.3.1
