Electrical installations shall be such that the safety of passengers, crew and ship from electrical hazards will be ensured. PSCO observed a fracture in the way of the intersection of the conduit line at the conduit box above 3 SCT. Conduct permanent repairs to the satisfaction of the certificate issuing authority prior to cargo.

Resolution: Received, reviewed and accepted class report from DNV. DNV inspected the unpainted pipe conduit weld seam area and did not see any evidence of cracking and conducted permanent repairs.

Resolved 23 June 2025
Resolution: Received, reviewed and accepted class report from DNV stating the deficiency was rectified. DNV verified crew performed maintenance on the Rescue Boat Davit limit switch Surveyor tested limit working accordingly.
