The condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to conform with the provisions of the present regulations to ensure that the ship in all respects will remain fit to proceed to sea without danger to the ship or persons on board. All bottles within the CO2 room have a lead block separating the steel bracket and bottles creating a vibration point, the bottles are on the steel deck frame with no vibration protection. Fire-fighting systems and appliances shall be kept in good woring order and readily available for immediate use. PSCO observed one pilot line was disconnected between two cylinders in the CO2 room that were on the purifier room bank. The affected equipment was the flexible hose between two bottles. 74SOLAS(20) 11-2/14.2.1.2
