Alcohol testing must be conducted on each individual engaged or employed on board the vessel who is directly involved in the SMI (46 CFR 4.03-2 defines SMI) with in 2 hours of when the SMI occurred. Vessel currently has no means of testing for alcohol on board. Owner will be required to provide an approved method of testing per DOT in the event of an SMI. 46 CFR 4.06-3 (a)
