THE CONDITION OF THE SHIP AND ITS EQUPIMENT SHALL BE MAINTAINED TO CONFORM WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE PRESENT REGULATIONS TO ENSURE THAT THE ESHIP WILL REMIAN FOR TO PROCEED TO SEA WITHOUT DANGER TO THE SHIPS OPERATIONS ON BOARD. PSCO OBSERVED THE INTERIOR OF THE INCINERATOR IN POOR CONDITION. REFRACTORY SEVERLY DETERIORATED. SOLAS 74 (a), 2020 cons. I/11.

Resolution: Received, reviewed and accepted class report from NKK stating the deficiency was rectified. Incinerator charging door was re-insulated and found satisfactory.
