RESCUE BOATS WHICH ARE A COMBINATION OF RIGID AND INFLATED SHALL COMPLY WITH THE APPROPRIATE REQUIREMETNS OF THIS SECTION TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE ADMINISTRATION. PSCO OBSERVED INSUFFICENT AIR IN STBD SPONSON AND HAND HOLDS INPROPERLY AFFIXED.

Resolution: MSU Texas city received service report with photo of proper testing and attestation to proper working condition of the cracked and exposed life raft.
