Each ballast water management system manufactured under Coast Guard approval must have a name plate which is securely fastened to the BWMS and plainly marked with the information listed in paragraph (b) of this section. The ships BWMS has an approved certificate , and a plate fastened to it. However, the plate is not marked in accordance with 46CFR162.060-22. *Rectify prior to discharging ballast water in the U.S.
