Following installation, the mater, owner, operator, agent or person in charge of the vessel must properly maintain the BWMS in accordance with all manufacturer specifications. Vessel's ballast water management system is inoperable. Vessel shall not discharge ballast water into U.S. Waters.

pROVISIONS SHALL BE MADE TO GUARD AGAINST LIQUID RISING IN THE VENTING SYSTEM TO A HEIGHT WHICH WOULD EXCEED THE DESIGN HEAD OF CARGO TANKS. THIS SHALL BE ACCOMPLISHED BY HIGH-LEVEL ALARMS OR OVERFLOW CONTROL SYSTEMS. SOLAS 74(14) 11-2/6.3.1 THE HIGH LEVEL ALARM AND OVERFLOW ALARMS WERE NOT WORKING ON 2 PORT, 2 STARBOARD, AND 1 STARBOARD.

Resolved 4 July 2018
Resolution: The vessel provided NK Class documentation attesting to that the #2 Port, #2 Starboard, and #1 Starboard high level alarm and overflow alarms were in good working order.
