Alterations were made to the port inverter/shorepower connection, vessel has been returned to previously approved configuration. Submit plans for review to OCMI/MSC prior to re-connecting shore power to the port inverter. 46 CFR 176.700(a)(b)

Resolution: Techs found that the throttles were calibrated to disable themselves until RPM’s reduced below 70 when going from ahead to astern. Due to this vessel being direct drive, without a gear box, no such delay is necessary. Marine inspector attended the vessel
