The following fire protection systems shall be kept in good order so as to ensure their required performance if a fire occurs: .1 Structural fire protection, including divisions, and protection of openings and penetrations of divisions. PSCO observed the following fire door required to be self closing not closing properly: CCR, Crew Rec Room, Crew MRSS, Crew Pantry, Galley and Duty Messroom. Additionally, PSCO observed vent in class "B" door to CCR missing closing device.

Resolution: Class survey attested to repairs/corrections of noted fire doors.
