The Condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to conform with the provision of the present convention to ensure that the ship in all respects will remain fit to proceed to sea without presenting an unreasonable threat of harm to the marine environment. PSCO observed 1 of 2 Oily Water Seperators inoperable. Vessel is certified for 5.0 m3/h. The inoperable OWS restricts throughput to 2.5 m3/h resulting in non compliance with the IOPP certificate.
Action required: 60 - Rectify deficiencies prior to movement
