PSCO OBSERVED THAT THE AUDIBLE ALARM COULD NOT BE HEARD IN THE CARGO DECK AREA. 46CFR 39.2007(d)(3)

Resolved 15 May 2025
Resolution: Class surveyor attended and stating: Audible alarm devicewas replaced with new spare provided onboard. Cargo tank overfill alarm device was tested in the presence of the attending surveyor and both of audible & visible alarm were found properly working.
