Openings for pressure relief valves shall have as great a height as practicable above cargo tank deck to obtain maximum dispersal of flammable vapors, but in no case less than 2m above the cargo deck. PSCO's observed excessive cargo vapours escaping from the vacuumside of #4 center P/V valve.
