Personal equipment shall consist of the following: protective clothig... eletrical safety lamp.. fire proof lifeline...etc...
PSCO observed fire drill in galley. Firemen entered space without required lifeline, lamp, and exposed skin was observed on both firemen. After crew was breifed and given oppertunity to re-do drill, PSCO observed required lamp and lifelinem but exposed skin was still observed around firemen's ears and neck.
