All machinery and equipment must be installed and maintained in such a manner as to afford adequate protection from causing fire, explosion, machinery failure, and personnel injury. Vessel experienced a re-power increasing the horsepower of the vessel from 600 to 700HP, no approval has been recorded. Vessel rep must submit previous approval of the engine swap from 2022 and supply old and new engine spec sheets with MSC approval letter.
