The master, owner, operator, agent, or person in charge of a vessel subject to this part that is bound for ports and places in the United States outside the Great Lakes or Hudson River must submit a ballast water report to the National Ballast Information Clearinghouse (NBIC) no later than 6 hours after arrival at the port or place of destination.
Vessel arrived and departed from the Port of Corpus Christi, more than 6 hours after arrival. No NBIC report was submitted.
