THEY SHALL ALSO BE PERMANENTLY MARKED ON THE SIDES OF THE SHIPS TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE ADMINISTRATION. THE MARKS SHALL BE PLAINLY VISIBLE AND, IF NECESSARY, SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS SHALL BE MADE FOR THIS PURPOSE. PSCO OBSERVED THE LOAD LINE ON THE PORT SIDE WAS NOT VISIBLY PAINTED.

Company's policy is that cargo tanks must be maintained either in inert condition (O2 < 8% by volume) or in gas free condition. Resolved 21 February 2021
Resolution: Vessel recalibrated portable gas meters and ran the IGS until multiple tanks could be sampled under 8% O2.
