After loading and prior to departure and at all other times necessary to assure the safety of the vessel, the master shall determine that the vessel complies with all applicable stability requirements in the vessel's stability letter, and Certificate of Inspection (COI). The vessels stability letter and COI limits vessel to protected waters.
Vessel has been operating in partially protected waters when transiting to Egmont Key. Vessel is restricted to the inter coastal waterway south of [name withheld] Island until vessel passes a stability test for operating on partially protected waters.
