07111 - Personal equipment for fire safety - For ships constructed on or after 1 July 2014, a minimum of two two-way portable radiotelephone apparatus for each party for fire-fighter's communication shall be carried onboard. Those two way portable radiotelephone apparatus shall be of an explosive-proof type or intrinsically safe. PSCO observed missing two-way radios, crew was able to assign spare radios. SOLAS 74(2014) II-2/10.10.4 10c
