Code 14109 - Oil filtering equipment approved by the Administration will ensure that any oily mixture discharged into the sea after passing through the sysytem has an oil content not exceeding 15 ppm. PSCO was made aware of a faulty photo cell which prevents the oil content meter from correctly reading the proper ppm.
