Vessel found with portable piping of flexible hoses that are attached to fixed cargo piping on deck via a marine fueling station installed after new contstruction. Per 46 CFR 32.50-51(a)(1), a fixed cargo piping system shall be installed on a tank vessel carrying Grade A, B, or C cargo. Vessel is restricted to only carry Grade D and E Cargoes while installed and on board. Vessel is directed to remove Grade A-C Cargoes from their Cargo Authority Attachment by reaching out to Marine Safety Center to clear the deficiency.
