The following tests and inspections shall be carried out weekly and a report of the inspection shall be entered into the logbook: all survival craft, rescue boats and launching appliances shall be visibly inspected to ensure they are ready for use. PSCO observed that no entries for the weekly inspection of the life rafts or lifeboat had been entered since May. 74 SOLAS (20) III 6.1.
