A towing vessel must be maintained and operated so the watertight integrity and stability of the vessel are not compromised. Hull's Watertight integrity was found compromised in the vicinity of an integral fuel tank. Satisfactory Repairs must be made to meet regulatory requirement. Proposed repair must be submitted to attending U.S. Coast Guard Marine Inspector for approval prior to any repairs being made.
