While transiting inbound near the Delaware River the vessel's main engine #2 cylinder started misfiring. Ensure the main engine is operating properly and the vessel is safe to proceed to the satisfaction of Class and USCG.

PSCO was not able to witness satisfactory test of gas concentrations by volume becasue vessel does not have the required Propoane (by vol. 10%, 15%, 20%) test gas for fixed gas detector capable of measuring gas concentrations of 0% to 100% by volume.
