Resolution: Vessel representative, TJ Couch, emailed SSP Inspections with updated Masters Only Operations Plan for both the MAYHEM MADDUX and BUCCANEER BRITT with satisfactory evidence (pictures and logs) that each master noted on the plan has completed MOB drills.
