Each floating waterlight must be approved in accordance with 46CFR161.010 in subchapter Q of this chapter, or other standard specified by the Commandant, including, but not limited to, approval series 46CFR160.110.
MI discovered that vessel's waterlight did not meet subchapter Q standards. Vessel is limited to daytime operations.
