0720-Fire fighting equipment- Fire protection systems and fire fighting systems and appliances shall be mantained ready for use. Master informed PSCO that emergency fire pump is non-operational and needs to be replaced. Until the emergency fire pump is operational, the vessel needs to provide a second means for fighting fire prior to conducting cargo operations. SOLAS (14) II-2 / 14.1
