In general, compliance with the standards established by the American Bureau of Shipping, see subpart 90.35 of this subchapter, will be considered as satisfactory evidence of the structural efficiency of the vessel. Vessel received extensive damage to the port void #7 due to being struck by another vessel. Repairs are to be completed prior to drydock credit scheduled in April 2026. No cargo may be carried on the vessel.

If, during an internal structural, cargo tank internal examination, or underwater survey, damage or deterioration to the hull plating, structural members, or cargo tanks is discovered, the Officer in Charge, Marine Inspection, may require the vessel to be drydocked or otherwise taken out of service to further assess the extent of the damage and to effect permanent repairs. Vessel has voluntarily elected to conduct a DDX/ISE with remote oversight from Sector San Diego. Vessel is required to attend the Sector San [name withheld] zone as defined in 33 CFR 3.55-15 and undergo an Internal Structural Exam pier side to receive credit drydock. 46 CFR 91.40-3(c)
