A permanently installed system of gas detection and audible and visual alarms shall be fitted in [.2] other enclosed or semi-enclosed spaces where cargo vapours may accumulate.
Vessel has cargo compressor room with 5 walls (open aft wall and 2 non-gas-tight doors in forward bulkhead). Vessel is authorized to carry multiple LPGs that are heavier than air and can collect at the bottom of the space. This space does not have any fixed gas detection for the atmosphere in the cargo compressor room.
