Every crew member shall participate in at least one abandon ship drill and one fire drill every month. The drills of the crew shall take place within 24 hours of the ship leaving a port if more than 25% of the crew have not participated in abandon ship and fire drills onboard that particular ship in the previous month. Observed vessel failed to perform abandon ship and fire drills in accordance with regulation. Provide non conformity and Corrective action plan within 30 days. 74 SOLAS 2020 III/19.3.2

Before the ship leaves port and at all times during the voyage, all lifesaving appliances shall be in working order and ready for immediate use. Marine Inspector found that righting lines and bilge pump were missing. 74 SOLAS 2020 III/20.2

Cargo record book pages missing masters signature. MARPOL 73/78 Annex II/15.4 Master shall create a non conformity and corrective action plan as per the safety management system.
