MI received report the port generator experienced an unexpected shutdown while transiting from a fuel dock to its facility. Chaffed wire bundle identified as cause of shutdown. Provide causal analysis report, remove and replace damaged wire bundle, and provide technical report attesting to the repair and testing of effected generator.

Main engine turbo brackets exceed 65.5 degrees Celsius and create openings in the insulation, exposing the turbo discharge piping. Exhaust piping between the turbos and the emissions control plant are exposed sections. Exhaust lagging must be kept as tight as possible to prevent personnel injury and to prevent ignition of oil or fuel mists that may become present during a casualty.
