AS VESSEL IS PAST ITS COMPLIANCE DATE, DISCHARGE OF UNTREATED BALLAST WATER IS NOT PERMITTED.

15109- MEANS OF ESCAPE SYSTEMS AND APPLIANCES SHALL BE KEPT IN GOOD ORDER SO AS TO ENSURE THEIR REQUIRED PERFORMANCE IF A FIRE OCCURS. ALL EEBDS ON BOARD WERE NOT READILY AVAILABLE AND PREPARED FOR US. ONCE OPENED THE PSCO OBSERVED THE SPRING CLIP WAS NOT ATTACHED TO THE D-RING, MAKING THE EEBDS UNABLE TO ACTIVATE WHEN OPENED.
